T2a Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing all users' use of the t2a platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By registering or using the t2a platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. This version supersedes all previous versions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the t2a platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use t2a's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and t2a as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The t2a platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above only. Users who are below the stipulated age limit are not permitted to register for or use any services on this platform. t2a reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
By using the t2a platform, you confirm that you have fully agreed to all the rules set out in this document. Please keep a copy of this document for your reference.
2. User Account & Security
Each user is only allowed to hold one account only on the t2a platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated, and any balance in the account may be forfeited. t2a reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID or passport) at any time for account verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without authorisation.
- Notifying t2a immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- All activities carried out through your account, whether with or without your knowledge.
T2a shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
- Use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Access all available game categories and betting options.
- Make deposits and withdrawals using the available payment methods.
- Contact customer support for assistance.
- Use promotions and bonuses as offered, in accordance with the applicable terms.
- Using automated software, bots or any technical tools to exploit the system.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering or any other unlawful activity through the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or transferring it to a third party.
- Registering multiple accounts or using a false identity.
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to t2a's systems.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and t2a reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action against the user concerned.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the t2a platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including FPX, local e-wallets, and other methods approved by t2a from time to time.
Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful verification. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. t2a is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- A user's account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- T2a reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal deemed suspicious.
- Any bonus or promotional credit may be subject to rollover requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
T2a reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering or a breach of these terms. In such cases, the relevant balance may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
T2a Limitation of Liability
T2a provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from disruptions, errors or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, t2a is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
- Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond our control.
- Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
Account Suspension & Closure
T2a reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any rule under these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Account closure requested by the user themselves through the customer support channel.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
- Account has been inactive beyond the period specified under t2a's policy.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach are not entitled to reclaim any balance or bonuses held in those accounts.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the t2a platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and brand names — is the exclusive property of t2a or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from t2a.
The t2a platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. t2a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
T2a reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon being published on the platform. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
